Apple has started rolling out TV shows in addition to iTunes in the Cloud support for TV shows and movies to Apple TV and iTunes users in Germany. A report from Germany blog iFun.de notes the iTunes in the Cloud functionality, allowing users to access TV shows and movies that were previously purchased through iTunes, is now accessible from both Apple TV and the Purchased content section in iTunes on the desktop and iOS devices.
Previously Apple only supported music, music videos, apps and books for the iTunes in the Cloud feature in Germany and it’s yet to update the availability support pages for iTunes in the Cloud or content on Apple TV to reflect today’s roll out.
